You can either right click and Remove Property, or you can double-click/F2 it and change its name to not have vrc. To fix this open up the controller, click on an animation to find it in your assets, then click it in your assets, and open the Animation window/tab and scroll down the properties list on the left and look for blendshapes starting with vrc. So the problem here is that one of the animations that's specified in the controller is altering some vrc blendshapes which is what VRChat uses to move your mouth and blink. The thing with animations is that if a property is changed via animation, it cannot be changed outside of that animation. So adding an Override controller to an avatar is adding a bunch of animations to the avatar.
